Family Development Worker

 

We are seeking a committed Family Development Worker to help establish a thriving Children's and Youth Ministry. 

 

This part-time role, for an initial fixed term of three years, will focus on building a welcoming environment for children, youth, and families, both within and beyond our parish community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about faith formation and community outreach.

Location: The Parish Office, St. Mary’s Parish Comber, Comber, BT23 5DU  

Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: NJC Scale Points 14-17, (pro-rata based on a 37.5 hour working week), commensurate with previous experience.
