Note on Combined Appointments: St Mary’s Parish is currently recruiting for both the Parish Administrator and Family Development Worker roles. While these are distinct positions with separate funding and contractual terms (Permanent vs. 3-Year Fixed Term), we recognise that some exceptional candidates may possess the professional skill set required for both areas.

We welcome applications for both roles to create a combined full-time portfolio of 39 hours per week.

Please Note: The actual salary for each role is calculated pro-rata based on a 37-hour full-time equivalent (FTE) baseline, as detailed in the respective Job Descriptions.

How to Apply for Both: If you wish to be considered for both positions, please submit a separate application form for each role. This allows our selection panel to accurately assess your experience against the specific criteria for each distinct area of ministry.
